Jan Glinski, Ph.D., leverages over 30 years of international, hands-on expertise in high-tech business development, P&L accountability, organizational leadership, corporate strategy and alliances. He worked with multinationals, such as Nortel, Hitachi, Alcatel, on long-term, senior executive assignments in Europe, Asia and North America, with direct accountability for businesses ranging from 100M to over 1B USD and successful track record in handling critical matters in challenging business conditions and a complex global environment.
Aside from continuing to lead Missions & Ventures, at the end of 2015, Jan co-founded Universal Ratings Pte. Ltd. in Singapore (www.universal-ratings.com ). Universal Ratings measures and rates the complexity and the Resistance to Shocks of stocks, portfolios, ETFs, bonds, funds, futures, corporations, markets and countries. Such ratings allow investors and managers to quantify the degree of sustainability of a corporation, a market, a portfolio or a country in the turbulence and volatility that characterise the global economy.
Practicing martial arts since 1970’s and being adept of traditional taijiquan for the past 20 years, Jan integrates in his work with clients the centuries-old principles of Winning Without Conflict. To teach those principles and help others to deal with increasingly stressful life, Jan established a dedicated foundation (Fundacja Dantian, www.fundacjadantian.com ) in his native Poland.
